    We’ll look at your house and determine if it’s a good auction candidate. If you want to sell as-is, if you want to have a transparent bid process, if you want a more defined timeline-auction may be for you.

  • How much does it cost?

    For a house auction-it varies but can be less expensive than a traditional sale. For personal property/estate items, we work on consignment. For benefit, it varies. Long story short, call to chat!

  • How much money can our organization raise?

    This depends on your goals, your offerings, and your audience. We’ll set up a consulting session to evaulate all of these items and set the event up for success. Is your staff exhausted? We’ll help structure the event to maximize time.

    We have a list of buyers who specialize in unsold items-plus, we have a non-profit that will accept donations if that is preferable. We’ll be in communication to determine what suits YOU.

  • When is the best time to have a benefit?

    All year long, there are successful events. The key is pre-planning and interaction from your board of directors!
